ZOLL emsCharts for Windows 4.4.5

IMPORTANT!

Version 4.4.5 is a hotfix for the Windows application to address a critical issue that can result in unexpected data being populated between charts when multiple charts are open simultaneously. This issue has been observed in earlier releases (4.4.2 and 4.4.4) and may result in duplicate or merged chart information, including sensitive patient details. We strongly recommend applying this update as soon as possible to prevent any further issues.

If you are using an earlier release of the application and experience any issues, please contact our support team for assistance. Additionally, we recommend verifying any existing charts after applying the update to ensure data integrity.

We are currently conducting a root cause analysis and will share more details about impacted records.

If you have users with charts that can’t be uploaded, please do not delete the charts. Please contact our support team so that we can work with you to resolve issues in these charts.
